Service Description

Key Stage 2 students who attend Haydonleigh Primary are welcome to attend our Martial Arts after school club every Monday! Your child will enjoy a fun, dynamic and energetic Martial Arts class lead by an industry professional. By completing this form, you are agreeing that your child will attend and commit to the below dates: Sept: 18th , 25th Oct: 2nd , 9th , 16th , 30th Nov: 6th , 13th , 20th , 27th Dec: 4th. From 3:30 - 4:30pm every Monday!
