Service Description

Key Stage 1 & 2 students who attend Tadpole Primary are welcome to attend our Dance club after school club every Monday! Your child will enjoy a fun, dynamic and energetic Dance class lead by an industry professional. By completing this form, you are agreeing that your child will attend and commit to the below dates: Jan: 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th Feb: 5th, 19th, 26th Mar: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th From 3:30 - 4:30pm every Monday!
