Service Description

Key Stage 1 & 2 students who attend Tadpole Primary are welcome to attend our multi sports club after school club every Tuesday! Your child will enjoy a fun, dynamic and energetic multi sports class lead by an industry professional. By completing this form, you are agreeing that your child will attend and commit to the below dates: Jan: 9th 16th 23rd 30th Feb: 6th 20th 27th Mar: 5th 12th 19th 26th From 3:30 - 4:30pm every Tuesday!
